Hi, My laptop is hp pavilion 14-al143tx. I can't use an additional microphone on my laptop. When I plug on the microphone port then it can't record the sound. But the default microphone (build-in) is working properly. I tried by sound settings.
Then I used converter one port to double port it's recorded but so many noises. And also tried by Small soundcard. But the same result.
I tried NEEWER NW-800 and BOYA M1. But they have so many noises and recording is low sound.

Hi@Surajit-Singha, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
As per the model"NEEWER NW-800 and BOYA Shared by you doesn't seem to support the noise cancellation.
For further confirmation contact manufacture.
I would Suggest buying which has got a noise cancellation Devices better quality recording
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
