Hi @Ansh_Rajput,

Thank you for the response.

If the audio issue is only with WhatsApp audio, then the issue is likely with WhatsApp software rather than the laptop's audio itself.

Let's try these steps to see where the issue lies.

Check Headphone Connection:

  • Ensure your headphones are properly connected to your laptop’s audio port.
  • If using Bluetooth headphones, ensure they are paired and connected.

Update Audio Drivers:

  • Press Windows + X and select "Device Manager."
  • Expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" section.
  • Right-click your audio device and select "Update driver."

Check Audio Settings:

  • Right-click the sound icon in your taskbar and select "Open Sound settings."
  • Ensure your headphones are selected as the output device.

Check Application Settings:

  • Open WhatsApp and navigate to "Settings."
  • Ensure the correct audio output device (headphones) is selected within the app settings.

Restart Audio Services:

  • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
  • Type services.msc and press Enter.
  • Locate "Windows Audio" service, right-click, and select "Restart."

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
