Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dw0521sa

Hi there. I downloaded Norton 360 premium on my family laptops, HP Pavilion, and not sure if it's coincidental, but now I have no audio on two laptops. 

I spoke to HP support who reinstalled drivers on one, which worked, now it has gone back to no sound.

 

Also coincidentally, my Son used Google meets on his laptop and ours before the fault developed.
