I had a similar issue where everything looked fine—drivers updated, settings checked—but still no sound. In my case, dust or moisture in the speaker was the real problem. I used a tool from https://fixmyspeakerz.com/ that plays a sound to clear out anything stuck in the speaker. Might be worth trying if nothing else is working. Sometimes it's a hardware blockage, not software
