Please help me to solve the issue.

I hear a short click from the speakers when I confirm the safe removal of the device from the usb port (I do this by clicking on the icon at the bottom right of the screen) or I hear it before opening a window confirming the launch of some program. I have windows 10. I tried installing different versions of sound drivers from the official HP website for my version of laptop and updating the bios. reinstalled the operating system. all the same.

... this is not the system sound of the operating system. this effect is heard before the system sound. the sound is reminiscent of connecting external speakers through the audio input or like turning on the laptop speakers if they were not turned on before.

sound is heard as "chk".
