Hi im a bit stuck here. I got a message on ccleaner saying i had outdated drivers so i downloaded Driver Booster which was meant to update the drivers but it seems to have removed them altogether so now I have no sound. The sound works with my bluetooth headphones but not the laptop itself. I tried to look on the Realtek website but the page i was trying find doesnt exist so i wonder if you can help. Thank you in advance.

Hi:
If your notebook does not have a Realtek HD audio device showing up in the device manager, under the sound, video and game controllers device manager category, you can reinstall the Realtek audio driver from your notebook's support page.
HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV) Software and Driver Details
If it does show up there, right click on it, select Uninstall and check the Uninstall driver box.
Then restart the PC and then install the above audio driver from the above link.
