Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I'm having some sound problems after updating my computer to Windows 11. Thanks in advance for your help! Whenever I play a sound, there is a sizzle along with the sound. When I turn the sound enhancement option off and on, the problem goes away, but after a short while the same sizzle comes on. I also asked the problem to the Windows community and they said that HP has not released Windows 11 updated drivers for this device. How can I prevent the sizzling on my device? Is reverting to Windows 10 the only option? Sorry for using the translation.

Recommendation and solution

You should downgrade to Windows 10 because Windows 11 has not been officially tested and released by <HP> and there are no drivers available.

(1) Make backup copies of the most important personal files and data to external <USB hard drive>.
