Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba0xx in which internal microphone array  produces no sound .

The microphone is located in the inside lid of the notebook computer.

When I try to update driver it says latest driver has been updated and if I go windows update it also shows it is fully updated.

Without this I'm not able to attend zoom.

My microphone volume and boost are at max and I have disabled sound effects.

Many people say reinstalling drivers works.

I don't want to meddle with that.

Is there any way to fix my microphone other than reinstalling driver?

ALSO: I have tried running hp support assistant app it also shows no issues in my microphone.

Pls help me  and reply...
