Random errors on several new HP laptops (delivered only 1-2 months ago) . Seem to be associated with system hangs, but I'm still trying to get the users to collect more definitive information on exactly what happens and when. Note that I'm deliberately running these systems under Windows 10 for corporate supportability reasons.

I'll get to do an SFC once I get physical access to one of these laptops. In the meantime, anyone else seen this issue?

I'm seeing the same with some new laptops received about a month ago. 

HP model 15-ef2013dx, AMD Ryzen 5, Win11 Pro 21H2.

IntcAzAud looks like Intel Audio Device Drivers.

I've reinstalled those hoping that resolves it for now. I suspect it's a conflict with Intel audio hardware using the AMD processors. I'll add updates if I see more.

It’s driving me crazy - been going on since May. At first I thought that incorrect intel drivers were being installed over the HP AMD drivers by Windows Update, so I turned off optional Windows updates so I don’t get device drivers from Microsoft that conflict with HP drivers, then reinstalled the HP drivers, but no change. Tried reinstalling Windows afresh but doesn’t make any long term difference.

I suspect it’s something to do with external triggers (eg USB devices being inserted and the laptop coming out of power standby) because of the three laptops, the one used bythe least IT-competent person never crashes. The other two laptops crash every few days, except when the user is on holidays. The laptop is generally in connected standby just before the bug check occurs.

Unfortunately the NFP organisation doesn’t understand how hard it is to fix without access to the hardware, and I haven’t yet been given a laptop to examine the OS dumps since I’ve learned how to examine a Windows dump file.

The laptops I support (HP  Laptop 15s-eq2xxx AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics) don't have an intel sound system. The sound and video system drivers according to HP website are:

Driver-Audio (2): Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver - Lucienne/Barcelo 6.0.9289.1 Rev.A 85.7 MB Mar 29, 2022 
Driver-Display / Monitor (1): AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver - Lucienne

But I do see that a new BIOS has just been released (F.26) so that may be worth trying...

Please keep me in your thoughts, experiencing the same issue and many more. Creating havoic, behind in my studies, cant stay logged on periods of time. Lost my desktop, my pc from school, this is my omen, last one. The help is much appreciated. Literally just trying to connect my beats hgeadphones and it wont cnnect
