Intel Smart Sound Technology Driver for HP Spectre Laptop 16 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 891C.... output and input feature is not shown and avaliable....but sound is working only with realtek option... before reinstalling new window these issue was not there..... i am unable to get HD audio .. its present in the device manager but cant be seen in the option at right corner when we click on speaker button... kindly help to add and activate as many sound audio option as ..

HD Audio

SST audio

(for both input and output option for sound)
