Good evening to everyone, I have a very big problem. Some days ago , I bought an Alesis Q mini midi controller keyboard but when i plug the usb cable into my pc, the Intel smart audio technology for USB audio can't migrate the keyboard settings from the controller to the pc , due to this the keyboard doesn't work properly. I' ve installed the BIOS and I/O serial port driver update but nothing has changed. I checked the alesis Q mini compatibility with windows 11 (the version installed on my pc) and there's compatibility. What can I do?
