The microphone shows the following constant black bar in settings:
I have tried the HP support assistant troubleshooter, the windows settings troubleshooter, updating the driver, checking privacy settings, checking volume settings, ensuring mute button not selected, restarting the computer. However the microphone is not picking up sound.
The computer is not very old and microphone is essential for remote working. How do i get this fixed. I am still within warranty.
