I downloaded AMD Software then my internal microphone dissapeared, and my sound settings was not working properly. For instance, I turned up the volume a little but computer's volume was always full. Now I cannot uninstall the software and I downloaded Realtek High Definition Audio Driver but it didn't work. My internal microphone dissapeared and I cannot find it. I hope somebody will help me.Ekran Görüntüsü (131).png

@sukinora

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
             https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp149501-150000/sp149638.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.

Regards.

Thank you for reply but when I try to run and set up the driver, my computer gives a blue screen error. So, I couldn't set up the driver you sent.

Hey, I'm having the exact same issue after downloading the AMD software on my HP x360 laptop, any fixes?
