Product: HP Pavilion PC 15-eg2000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
This laptop suddenly stopped working using the internal speakers. There is an X next to the speaker symbol and the Realtek audio only shows up under hidden drivers.
1. Made sure that the Windows Audio service and Realtek Audio Universal service are running and in automatic mode.
2. The only devices under sound and controllers is a Bluetooth head set (A5).
3. It says "No output devices found" under sound output
4. The HP trouble shooter states I don't have any audio device connected, but when I ran a different test, the sound came through (diagnostic mode).
please suggest some solution to this problem
Thanks
