Hi, my microphone is not working. When I opened the sound recorder It only captures buzzy, wave-like sound. When I active the "listen the device" option I hear the same sound. It's like mic only takes the operating sounds of computer or it's inside the water etc. I have tried all possible solutions both in other questions and all over the internet by getting into device manager etc. I'm pretty positive that it's not a hardware problem because my laptop is rather new and it didn't get any external harm, at least not by me . I also realized something while looking at other questions here, I didn't have the B&O app installed in my PC. I barely remember it when I first bought the laptop but I don't know the exact time it dissapeared. Then I have follow the instructions in other topics and updated the driver and now B&O works well.

I really appreciate any help about internal microphone. Or should I take it to the service and there are no other solutions?

Thanks a lot ! But I have already tried all the steps in that link. The thing is, microphone has the sound but it only captures rustling , crunching noises. Both in the sound recorder program and in the device manager when i clicked the box "Listen to this device" option.  It's like a wave, or pulse sound.
