HP Envy Laptop 14-eb0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop fresh out of box 2 days ago. Audio output fine. Tried audio input today, but not working. Needed to use bluetooth headset for zoom and recording audios. All diagnostics show up fine, driver is the latest, there is no previous to revert to - Microphone Array (Intel Smart Sound Technology for Digital Microphones). Strangely, Cortana can hear me.  Any ideas before I seek a warranty fix.

I had the same problem. Is was caused by the Bang & Olufsen Noise cancelling.

Let's start off by updating the Bios, Chipset, and graphics card drivers on your PC from our HP support website, using this link.

Windows is Update,

Try the steps recommended below.
