Bonjour, j'ai donc un problème avec le son de mon ordinateur. L'icone de son en bas à droite dans la barre des taches a un petit rond avec une croix rouge. Je n'arrive pas à trouver et à installer les pilotes nécessaires pour que j'aie du son. Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

Hi:

 

HP only supports that model series for Windows 11.

 

PC portable gamer Victus by HP 16,1 pouces - 16-r0000 Téléchargement de logiciels et pilotes | Assis...

 

I recommend that you take the free upgrade from W10>W11 and use the drivers from your notebook's support page.

 

It used to be fairly easy on the older models to find audio drivers, but with these newer models the audio is more complicated, and you normally can't find the right drivers you need for unsupported operating systems.

 

If there is a reason that you must have W10 installed on your notebook, see if this W10 Realtek audio driver from a HP business-class notebook with similar hardware (Intel 13th gen core processor) also works for yours.
