Product: HP 14 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to install my JBL BT500  but I can´t enable the bluetooth  at Device Manager at Windows 10 - already tried hidden devices but nothing is working.

Already used the HP support Assistent to ckeck for last  available drivers updates. Bios was updated  to F.44 version

Not sure anymore if this hardware has bluetooth support. 

Help!

What is your HP 14 Notebook PC machine ? Does it have Bluetooth option ?
