JBL LIVE500BT headphones not selected as output devices

Hi HP Community,

  I cannot make my JBL LIVE500BT bluetooth headphones neing added as output device on my noteboook.

  Headphones are correctly paired over bluetooth, but I cannot find them or add them as one on my notebook as output devices.

  Any suggestion?

Please try (example on my Bose headphones):

1. Open Bluetooth, it should see your headphone as a paired devive

2. Click Connect under Audio,

3. Now go to Output device

4. Select it as shown

   My issue is exactly that I cannot find the Bluetooth headphones in the Output Device list neither I can add it.
