Product: Hp 15" laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Use HP 15" laptop as dedicated Karaoke DJ workstation. Has 1 HDMI port & 2 USB ports. Today I decided to add a 3rd display so audience could see singer's lyrics too. The display connected OK through the last USB port available, and I could see the lyrics as desired, but at the cost of losing all audio output. If I unplug the display from the USB port, audio returns to normal. Some kind of compatibility issue or not enough memory assigned where it needs to be maybe, but I don't know. Anybody out there seen this before?
