Product: HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch Laptop PC 14-eh0000 (56D78AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have LE audio hearing aids. I have tried to connect them to the PC via Bluetooth but the message says that my PC does not support LE audio. I have Windows 11 version 24H2 which supposedly supports LE audio so why does my PC not support it?

Depending on hardware, your machine may have hardware which does NOT support LE Audio. Please check using the following Guide

 

                   Check if a Windows 11 device supports Bluetooth Low Energy Audio
