Hi Team, I am facing recurring issue with audio in two scenarios 

Scenario 1: When I keep laptop idle for 25 mins then audio is not working.

Scenario 2: When I start my laptop.  The audio issue will be fixed if i restart my laptop, but this has been recurring issue every day where I am almost fixing 10 times/day.

See if this is helpful

 

If the laptop is waking up from sleep and showing the problem then item 3 and 4 may solve the problem.

 

It this problem showed up after a window update then you need the original audio driver.

Go here and enter your product ID or serial number,  Select software and the correct windows version.  If a driver for '11'  is missing then you can go back as far as windows 7 64 bit. for a compatible driver.

 

I will need your product ID for any further help.
