Is it true that there is no sound when connecting external speakers via bluetooth?

Possible Causes
1. Unstable Bluetooth connection: Make sure the Bluetooth connection between the laptop and the external speaker is stable and uninterrupted.
2. Incorrect audio settings: Make sure the audio settings on your laptop are correct and external speakers are selected as the default audio device.
3. Bluetooth driver not installed: Make sure the Bluetooth driver is installed and updated on your laptop.
4. Compatibility issues: Make sure the external speakers are compatible with your laptop and Windows operating system.

Solution
1. Check Bluetooth connection: Make sure the Bluetooth connection between the laptop and the external speaker is stable and uninterrupted.
2. Set audio settings: Go to Settings > System > Sound, and make sure external speakers are selected as the default audio device.
3. Update Bluetooth driver: Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth, and update Bluetooth driver if available.
4. Restart the laptop and external speakers: Restart the laptop and external speakers to ensure that the Bluetooth connection is stable and the audio settings are correct.
5. Try using another connection: Try using another connection such as AUX or USB to ensure that the problem does not lie with the Bluetooth connection.

If step number 2 in the solution has been carried out but has not been successful, then It seems that your Microsoft Bluetooth A2DP driver is not working or is missing.
Try taking it from here , and adjusting it to your Bluetooth driver.
Hope this helps.
