Hello,
Working on son's laptop. It says there is not output device, Input device or camera. It will work on a bluetooth speaker but it no longer sees the internal speakers. I have tried updating the drivers and when I do into sounds if I get ride of his bluetooth headset it makes the sound option go away completely. When I restart those items are back with the bluetooth headphones.
I can't even see the intern

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
1. Check for Missing or Disabled Devices
- Right-click the Speaker icon in the system tray and select Sounds.
- Go to the Playback tab.
- Right-click in the blank area and select Show Disabled Devices and Show Disconnected Devices.
- If the internal speakers appear, right-click them and choose Enable.
2. Update or Reinstall Audio Drivers
- Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Sound, video, and game controllers.
- Right-click on your audio driver (e.g., "Realtek High Definition Audio") and select Update driver.
- If updating doesn't work, try:
- Right-click and choose Uninstall device.
- Restart the laptop to let Windows reinstall the driver automatically.
3. Set Default Playback Device
- Open Sounds settings by right-clicking the Speaker icon and selecting Open Sound settings.
- Under Output, ensure the correct device (internal speakers) is set as the default.
4. Disable Exclusive Mode
- In the Playback tab of the Sound settings:
- Select your internal speakers and click Properties.
- Go to the Advanced tab and uncheck Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device.
- Click OK and restart the laptop.
5. Check for Windows Updates
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and ensure all updates are installed, especially hardware-related updates.
6. Reset Bluetooth Settings
- Disconnect the Bluetooth headset:
- Open Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Select the headset and click Remove device.
- Restart the laptop and test the sound output without the Bluetooth device connected.
7. Run the Troubleshooter
- Press Windows + I to open Settings.
- Go to System > Sound and scroll down to Troubleshoot under Output.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to detect and resolve issues.
8. Check for Audio Services
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Ensure the following services are running:
- Windows Audio
- Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
- If any are stopped, right-click the service and select Start.
9. Camera and Input Device Issue
- Go to Device Manager and check if the camera or input device appears under Imaging Devices or Keyboards.
- Update or reinstall drivers for these devices, similar to the audio drivers.
10. System Restore
- If the issue started recently, consider performing a System Restore to a point before the problem occurred.
- Type System Restore in the Windows search bar, follow the wizard, and select a restore point.
If the Problem Persists
If the internal speakers or other devices still do not work:
- Boot into the BIOS/UEFI and check if the audio and camera devices are enabled.
- Perform a factory reset or clean Windows installation as a last resort.
Hardware Issue
If all else fails, there might be a hardware problem:
- The internal speakers or cables might be physically damaged.
- The audio chip or related components on the motherboard may have failed.
Contact the laptop manufacturer for professional support if hardware repair is necessary.
