I want to solve  my laptop mic problem.but HP world not support me how I registered my complaint and resolve my problem.

I understand how frustrating it is when your HP laptop microphone isn’t working, and you feel unsupported. Let’s try fixing the mic issue first.

Step 1: Fix the Microphone Issue

Here are the official HP troubleshooting steps for Windows 11/10:

1. Check Microphone Settings

  • Go to Settings > System > Sound.
  • Under Input, make sure your microphone is selected.
  • Click Device Properties and ensure the volume is up.


2. Allow Apps to Use the Microphone

  • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone.
  • Turn on Microphone access and allow apps like Zoom, Teams, etc.


3. Update Audio Drivers

  • Press Windows + X → Device Manager.
  • Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
  • Right-click your audio device → Update driver.
  • Or download the latest driver from: 👉 Official HP® Support


4. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  • Restart and press Esc repeatedly → F2 → Component Tests > Audio.
  • This checks if the mic hardware is working.


6. Disable Dynamic Boost (Optional)

In NVIDIA Control Panel or OMEN Hub, disable Dynamic Boost if available.
