Hello,
one day my computer speakers just stopped working. Sound works fine in my headset but the speakers are not showing up on my list of output devices:

I have tried just about everything to fix this. I factory reset my computer twice (when my headphones aren't connected it shows there's no output available), uninstalled the Realtek(R) Audio Driver and reinstalled it like a million times as well. Used the HP Support Assistant (but after everything said my warranty is up so to come here).

Not sure if these screenshots are helpful

However in the audio/Speaker playback test on UEFI I was able to hear the beeping on my speakers but once I came back to my computer it was still not showing up.
