I recently sent in my laptop as I noticed that the speakers were making crunchy sounds when playing back youtube videos. I did a full system restore and it still was like that, so I sent in my device for repair.

Now, after getting it back (Hp says they replaced the speakers entirely), I tested the speakers again... and the sound was worse! Now I feel the speakers rumbling when playing back youtube videos, and they are still crunchy! What is going on? Why didn't HP repair my speakers properly (since there is obviously still a problem)?

Does this happen when you use external speakers or earbuds?

Nope, it works just fine
