The usmt.ppkg file is dated 06/18/2016 which is when I purchased the laptop.  Previous full scans using defender never reported the problem.  And I do have the latest Conexant HD Audio drivers installed.  After a Windows Update that included a Cumulative Update, Security Intelligence, Malicious Software Removal Tool, etc.  a Defender full scan started reporting the threat in the files listed below.  Defender quick scan doesn't report the threat.  I'm assuming that quick scan at least checks the Windows\System32 files and system memory and would report if the Monitoring Tool was running and executing.  I'm assuming that the only way for the threat to truly execute is if I did a Recovery and went back to the factory OS, settings, and drivers.  Am I right about that?  Regardless, any suggestions on how to remedy this?  And why now is Defender reporting it on the recovery usmt.ppkg container file when it has been around since 2016?  Thanks for any help!

Here is the error report.  You can see it is isolated to the recovery image that has an older Conexant Audio Driver in it.
