Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cw1017ca

Hello, I downloaded the latest update for my HP Pavilion Laptop which caused my computer volume to fade after a few seconds of playing. I was told by a Staples rep where I bought this computer to download a new driver to fix it found in the HP Forum, which it did. However, then my mic was no longer working so I can't perform online meetings. I've since downloaded the latest update so at least my mic works, but have to deal with this volume fading out. Please help

Install the latest Realtek audio driver see here.
