Hi. 5 days ago my new envy 15-ep0016ur was baught. And today suddenly while was listening music have appeared crackles in left speaker. sometimes when there is no any music or sounds played these crackles appears. is it software trouble or warranty issue?

Very annoying. BIOS updated, drivers through HP support assistant downloaded.

What else i can do? cause just new laptop

Replaced left speaker at service centre.

I understand that you are getting crackling sound from the left speakers.

 

In that case, I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
