Hello,

My laptop had an update the other day (a couple over a couple of days), and since then, the light on the mute button now no longer works. It must fine, but the light does not come on. I've looked up the problem and people have been told before to make sure the drivers for sound under device manager are updated (they are), and if that is not the problem, uninstall Realtek Audio and restart (also done). I've also looked for the latest Realtek driver, which apparently now no longer works with my operating system (it did before). I've tried the support assistant and it says there is no problem, yet the light will not come on.

This seems to happen to my laptop every time there is an update. Can anyone help with how to solve this, please? It's becoming really frustrating.

Thanks
