Hi. I have an HP Notebook - 15-bs038dx and like a lot of others here, I haven't had audio since the 10th and am getting the 'No Audio Output Device Detacted' pop-up. I tried my hardest to fix the situation following the instructions of other posts on here, but nothing has worked. Also worth noting, it won't let me install sp89052.exe (the Realtek High Definition Audio Driver). I get an error message.
I've been in an endless cycle of uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and at this point, I'm at my wits end. I'm a college student and currently working on a project, so I really need to fix this problem asap. I'd appreciate any help I can get.
