Looking for working Diagnostic Page to Enter a Fault-Code

For me the follwing page will not load www.hp.com/go/techcenter/PCDiags

Its probably old.

But where can i enter my 24 error code : 64LO3D-81X97G-X87SMF-60A903

or is only for insured Hardware ? The code is probably related to my SATA dying or is dead already

Bummer seems my Harddisc is Dead. Died a few minutes after the message. Thanks for the Link, quick responce and your time

PS: S.M.A.R.T never gave aheads up, Just had freezing while gaming thought it was network problems seems it was the SATA HDD.
