Los servicios de audio no responden.

Desde que formatee mi laptop el audio no se escucha, el solucionador de problemas solo dice "Los servicios de audio no responden". A parte de eso, ya intenté de todo pero nada ha funcionado. Restauré el controlador de audio, actualicé el controlador de audios en el administrador de dispositivos, ya realicé un restablecimiento completo, ya restauré los valores predeterminados de Bios, ya ejecuté las pruebas de audio desde HP PC Hardware diagnostics, ya actualice, borre y volví a descargar los drivers de audio, pero nada ha funcionado, no se que más hacer. Les quiero pedir su ayuda por favor. Mi laptop es una HP Laptop 15-da0xxx.
