Hi @dianeccc,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your earbuds!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Bluetooth Connection:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the earbuds are properly connected.
  • Disconnect and reconnect the earbuds to your phone via Bluetooth.

Volume Control:

  • Check if the volume control is functional directly on the earbuds.
  • Ensure the volume on your phone is not set to mute or the lowest setting.

App Control:

  • Install the HP Smart app or any relevant Bluetooth management app if available to see if it can manage the volume settings.
  • Use the app to update the firmware of your earbuds if updates are available.

Reset Earbuds:

  • Perform a reset of your earbuds. Typically, this involves holding down specific buttons on both earbuds for several seconds. Refer to the user manual for exact reset instructions.

Firmware Update:

  • Check for firmware updates for your HP TWS Earbuds. Firmware updates can resolve connectivity issues and improve performance.
  • Visit the HP Support website or use the relevant app to check for firmware updates.

Device Settings:

  • Access Bluetooth settings on your phone and ensure the volume settings for the connected device are correctly configured.
  • On your phone, navigate to Settings > Bluetooth > Your HP TWS Earbuds, and check if there are any specific settings or options related to volume control.

Unequal Volume Balance:

  • Ensure that the earbuds are properly seated in your ears.
  • Check if there is any dirt or blockage in the earbuds that might affect sound quality.
  • Test the earbuds with another device to see if the problem persists.

Alternative Testing:

  • Try connecting the earbuds to another device to determine if the issue is with the earbuds or the phone.
  • If the earbuds work correctly with another device, the problem might be specific to your phone's settings or compatibility.

I hope this helps.
