My Envy make loud constant steady tone pretty much when i’m using audio and i’m working relatively hard on it. Happens almost daily in Zoom, Blackboard Connect and Premier Pro. When i have had problems with something like fingerprint sensor i have been searching up and going into device manager, running quick diagnostic and everything works always but didn’t for this. only way to fix is by holding power button for around 10 seconds to turn off and then sound goes away when powered back on. Here is a link to a youtube video I posted showing the issue. https://youtu.be/tmXib0hSnCc

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a loud noise when the system is under stress.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
