Loud alarm coming with sound through speakers!

One year old Spectre 360 suddenly makes loud fire alarm like noise at startup and/or anytime there is sound coming into the speakers. Noise cannot be reduced or stoped by sound level or sound off . At startup it lasts about 10 sec and stops automatically. But on a video or any activity with sound, it will scream continuously until I close the application.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then run the audio troubleshooter and it will automatically find and fix audio issues.

Here is how it is done.

  - Launch Troubleshooting by typing and clicking “Troubleshooting” in Windows search.

  - Click on "Playing Audio".

  - Follow the on-screen instructions.
