Loud volume and pop sound after an audio play

Hi,

Since last tuesday i've been encountering several problems with my notebook, one being whenever i power it up ( https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/Hissing-and-crackling-sound/m-p/7818346) or ones with my audio, without knowing if they're linked or not.

With the current Realtek 6.0.1.7730, i've been getting on speakers quite the huge gain in sound, having loud volumes at around 10% and deafening ones that also bear quite the trembling. When i plug headphones, these problems aren't there and i'm getting expected volumes and no tremgling (not sure i'm using the correct term for that ). However what i'm getting, both with speakers or headphones, is a popping sound when the audio (music, films, windows alerts etc) stops playing, as if something was shutting down.

I tried changing the audio drivers for fixing it but only older versions or the microsoft driver were successfully installed but they came along with a permanent whizzing sound. Sadly newer versions than realtek audio high definition 6.0.1.7730 were never accepted and different error codes were given- #10 or #18 in the device manager.

I tried different kinds of windows repair: 

- troubleshooting

-drivers deleted then reinstalled

- restore point one week before these problems arose

- windows 2004 repair

-windows 2004 reinstall

-revert to the 1909 version wiping every personal files

-reset factory

- use the drivers given in the HP section for the notebook (  envy 17 n108nf or ref:T1K77EA#ABF)

- upgrading bios (from F.32 to F.52)

yet it persists to the point of leaving me to an hardware problem.

Lastly, i've been seeing that some fix to the drivers could be made in the registry audio power settings (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318\0005\PowerSettings} or with the Upper and Lower filters, but i'm not sure i'm ready to mess with the registry alone.

Is there anything i could still try?

I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook

1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

   

2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

   

3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also ensure Windows is up to date.

Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

I used the last HP support available and the last windows updates but sadly the pop is still there.

Also tried HP recovery manager for getting the original audio driver, but the loud volume and the pop were being kept.

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
