Hello everyone,
I use a USB headphone and as of late iv'e been experiencing low audio even though the audio is cranked up to a 100. I tried updating drivers manually and fiddling with the sound settings and nothing, even the equalizer setting doesn't help. I tried a few fixes from the forms and still no solution. Can you please help me fix the issue? do i need to download a specific driver for this to work?
I'd appreciate the help.

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112001-112500/sp112344.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
Regards.
