My problem is solved

I downloaded audio drivers for win 7 x64, unzipped install file (sp60317.exe) and navigated to device manger and updated the audio driver.

download link - > https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp60001-60500/sp60317.exe

- Right click to the speaker icon on the bottom right corner.

- choose open sound setting

- you will see  Sound Out put

Choose your output device

then there is options for you to choose.

you need to choose Speaker/HP (4-IDT High Definition Audio CODEC)

- Adjust the master volume to 100.

The speaker should be working now.

Good luck to all!

I have just fixed my laptop hp elitebook 8470p. it is working now.
