Any hint what can be done?

Thanks !!!!

Hello  Cassito,

Welcome to FORUM !!

Please try reinstalling drivers from the below link : WIN 8/8.1 drivers should work with WIN 10.

Hello GBL84,

Thanks for trying to help me

In fact, the first driver you offered was already installed on my laptop. I did remove that drive, reboot then tried the second driver (not supported by my laptop).

So, so far still not working good.

I compared it to my son's MAC Pro 13" and its sound is by far higher...
