My microphone is not working and I've tried everthing - reinstalling drivers, updating drivers, testing diagnotistcs (all clear). Nothing is working. Help!

Hello Elohi

 

I haven't made any changese to my system (that I'm aware of!) and I'm not getting error messages, just the microphone won't work, especially on Zoom which I need for uni lectures.

You have sent me information for Windows 10 and what seems to be an external microphone. I have Windows 11 and an inbuilt microphone on my laptop so this doesn't really help me. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you so much in anticipation, Catherine
