Mic is not working in ZOOM/Meet/Teams

I have been having this issue about the mic of ANY Bluetooth headset NOT working especially in Meeting Apps.  This is the error that I get as seen in the images below.

PS: 1) I have tried everything from driver update, to BIOS update, to clean reset of windows, but NOTHING seems to have worked.

       2) I have tried 4 earphones in the past 1.5 years and all have had the same issue namely Oneplus Bullets Wireless Z, Sennheiser HD 4.4 BT, Jabra Elite 85H and now Realme Wireless Buds 2 ANC. They all worked fine on other devices but only with this laptop there has been this constant issue. 

       3) Service centre is also confused because this doesn't look like a hardware issue otherwise WiFi connectivity would also have been a problem but that is not the case. It is only Bluetooth which is messed up.

SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP.

My microphone will not work during Zoom either!   I have done EVERYTHING in the troubleshooting guides, in the Zoom settings, and in a youtube video but I cannot find solution to this problem.  

I DID discover that if I turn off the video, the microphone works.  Turn on the video, the microphone stops working.  WHY?

This is a new hp Spectre laptop.  I never had this trouble on my old hp laptop.
