@Sunhapan

That is a known problem for machines whit AMD processors.  This is something to do with AMD drivers. Please

   (a) Uninstall Audio driver

   (b) do a cleanup using following information/fix:

                 https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

                 https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/amdcleanuputility.exe

  (c) reboot machine

Machine will re-install Audio driver for you.

Regards.

Hello @Banhien,

If I uninstalled this, how would I use the HP's microphone again? If I run the cleanup utility everything will just get wiped out, I don't have a Microphone.

I've found the cause of the issue, I've posted this on AMD forums but in the same time... I think it might be hardware issue as well... What should I do?
