HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My speaker and microphone stops working while teaching exercise, dance and other classes on zoom.

It works at first and then stops stops and says - your microphone and speaker is not working check your connection or use a different one.

I have seen on the boards that so many people with this HP Envy laptop are having this issue. Has anyone resolved it.

I called HP support and they said it is a software issue and want me to pay 49.99 to try to resolve it. I am hesitant to pay cause it seems like no one has gotten it fixed so far. Anyone have any luck?

I have read using a Bluetooth mic can help resolve the issue. However I am wondering if I will still be able to share my computer sound for the music. I teach dance so I really need the music to be heard.

Any support is deeply appreciated!

This has been really frustrating and is hurting my business and ability to create income during an already stressful time for everyone ❤️
