Product: HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

I already tried to reinstall the driver SP153153 and SP132849.

 

In device manager, there is only speaker, no mic.

 

In control panel -> sound there is only external mic and stereo mix, no microphone array.

If I let me show deactivated devices as well, microphone array is not showing.

 

Win11 is on latest update.

 

Is there something I can do?
