Hi
When I use G-Meet, MS-Teams and Zoom, my internal mic doesn't work.
I tried to re-install the AMD Audio Device driver and the Realtek drivers: as soon as I try, the OS freezes with the BSOD
Is there anything I can try to fix this problem?
Thank you!
Alberto

Device Manager: Open Device Manager, locate your microphone under "Audio inputs and outputs," right-click and uninstall the device. Then restart your laptop, and Windows should automatically reinstall the drivers.
Sound Settings: Go to Sound settings > Input > Choose your input device. Ensure your internal mic is selected and not muted.
Troubleshoot: Run the built-in Windows troubleshooter. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Recording Audio.
Disable Enhancements: In Sound settings, go to the Recording tab, select your microphone, click Properties, go to the Enhancements tab, and check "Disable all sound effects."
BIOS Check: Sometimes, the microphone might be disabled in the BIOS. Restart your laptop, enter the BIOS settings, and ensure the microphone is enabled.
