Hi there,
My microphone stopped working, appears like is not connected, I just try to update and reinstall the driver but after that I had no audio coming out from speakers, I checked the hardware with the components test and do work only when I do it before the OS stars (the ESC and F2 keys before windows starts), so after trying everything this forum said about no audio finally I re-install the OS (Windows 10) and everything worked fine for a day, (that was yesterday), today I just tried to join a zoom meeting and again no mic working, so I connected via Bluetooth a headset and that worked, after that I tried again to update the driver but still has the same issue, and now I noticed that the power light (the one just near the power adapter input) is blinking (5 times cycle) with no power connected and laptop turned off.
What could be the issue? Any clues?
