Product: Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My in-built microphone suddenly started picking up sound only from directly in front of the laptop. The sound is very faint when someone speaks into the microphone from the side of the laptop. My laptop has a Bang & Olufsen sound system and note that others with this have had a similar issue. I have Realtek Audio microphone software. I've tried updating the drivers, reinstalling the drivers and running the the HP troubleshooter, all to no avail. Please can anyone help?
