All I know is I was able to use the microphone on my laptop when I was on Zoom and now it isn't working. I can hear the conversation, but the Microphone isn't working.
I've done all the trouble shooting that doesn't involve deleting anything or Bios (?).
I can say that when I did the MS troubleshooting, the output sound worked, but the input sound did not and it said "no input devices found." Plus I did all the HP trouble shooting.
RealTek (R) Audio shows for playing sound...and it shows as "2-RealTek (R) Audio".
I am not tech savvy at all and need help that is clear for a beginner. Assuming I know nothing is best.
Any help is much appreciated.
